Took the Spec Miata and the Honda S2000 to Thunderhill for two days of track driving with TracQuest..
Thunderhill is located about 90 miles north of Sacramento. See www.thunderhill.com for more info on the track.

She is tuff and she is strong. She will be the big towing sister for mr. Spec Miata....
Mattias, Ellie and Gus came and visit two days.
The water in the river is very clear. Look, Magnus captured the rare appearance of a pretty bird sitting on a rock.
We took a day-trip to the near-by Crystal Basin recreational area. We used a tree stump as picnic table!

That was really great! Got eight 1/2-hour sessions driving on the track and about an hour as passenger in other cars.
I got up to 113 MPH on the straight before turn 1 and did about 73 MPH through turn 2 (but it's possible to go much faster).
The back side was really fast in the down-wind but turn 9 came up quickly. I did about 85 MPH through turn 9.
